Beijing Tightens Iron Grip on Private Drone Ownership

The Chinese Communist Party is further restricting the freedom of its citizens by imposing a total ban on the sale, rental, and transport of drones within Beijing.

Starting this Friday, anyone wishing to operate a drone in the capital must obtain government permits, and all existing drone owners are now required to register their equipment directly with the police.

While the regime claims these draconian measures are necessary for 'public safety,' the move highlights the CCP's obsession with total surveillance and control. This crackdown comes even as the state continues to promote the 'low-altitude economy' as a strategic priority, aiming to extract trillions of yuan from the sector by 2035.

It is yet another example of the Chinese government prioritizing state power and monitoring capabilities over the individual rights of its people.
