The vessel traveled from Dubai to Oman over the weekend, highlighting the continued defiance of international shipping norms by those within the Russian inner circle.
This transit comes as Moscow and Tehran move to solidify their partnership. On Monday, Putin hosted Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in St. Petersburg, where the two regimes praised their 'strategic relationship.' Putin explicitly backed Iran's efforts against American and Israeli influence, while Araghchi lauded Russia's support.
