American forces are finally pushing back against the regime’s campaign of terror and maritime harassment.

The United States has taken decisive action to defend its personnel and global commerce, launching strikes against Iranian targets after the regime repeatedly targeted U.S. forces and commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz.

While Iranian state-linked outlets are attempting to frame the aftermath of these strikes through a narrative of civilian casualties, the U.S. military maintains that it does not target civilians and that these operations are a direct response to recent, unprovoked aggression.

The Iranian regime has spent months using drones and missiles to threaten American interests across the Middle East, leaving the U.S. with no choice but to project strength and hold the aggressors accountable. This is not a matter of choice for the Iranian leadership, but a consequence of their own hostile actions.

As the U.S. continues to defend its sovereignty and the freedom of the seas, it is clear that the only way to deter a regime committed to regional destabilization is through the firm application of American military power.
