Trump Administration Moves to Dismantle Corrupt ICC 'Brick by Brick'

Secretary of State Marco Rubio hits International Criminal Court officials with sanctions, asserting American sovereignty against a politicized globalist tribunal.

The Trump administration is continuing its aggressive campaign to dismantle the International Criminal Court (ICC), with Secretary of State Marco Rubio announcing new sanctions against the court's president, Tomoko Akane, and senior trial lawyer Abdoulaye Seye.

This move marks a significant escalation in Washington's refusal to tolerate a politicized tribunal that has repeatedly attempted to assert jurisdiction over nations that never consented to its authority.

Rubio rightly labeled the ICC a 'corrupt and fatally politicized' entity, noting that the court has maliciously exceeded its mandate in an assault on national sovereignty.

The sanctions, which include asset freezes and travel bans, are a necessary response to the ICC’s ongoing efforts to target American personnel and our allies, including Israeli officials like Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Neither the United States nor Israel are members of the ICC, yet the court continues to operate as if it possesses universal jurisdiction. While globalist organizations and activist groups complain that these measures 'undermine the rule of law,' the reality is that the ICC has become a tool for those seeking to infringe upon the rights of sovereign nations.

The administration’s position remains clear: the ICC has no legitimacy or authority over the United States. As Rubio previously stated, the goal is to dismantle the court 'brick by brick' and teach those who attempt to infringe upon American sovereignty the true meaning of American resolve.
