The German political establishment is in a state of panic following a seismic shift in Saxony-Anhalt, where the AfD secured nearly 44% of the vote.

In a desperate attempt to maintain the status quo, Chancellor Friedrich Merz took to the Bundestag to label the AfD a 'destructive force,' baselessly accusing their immigration platform of amounting to 'ethnic cleansing.' This rhetoric comes as the ruling coalition faces the consequences of its own failed policies, with Weidel rightfully pointing out that the current government has driven the nation toward bankruptcy while citizens suffer from a surge in daily knife violence and public safety concerns.
