In a decisive move that marks the end of 18 years of strained relations, Bolivia has officially partnered with the United States to combat the scourge of drug trafficking.

The agreement, which provides up to $20 million in training and equipment for Bolivian security forces, represents a significant victory for regional stability and a direct rebuke of the failed policies of former President Evo Morales, who famously expelled the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Under the leadership of President Rodrigo Paz, Bolivia has formally joined the 'Shield of the Americas,' a U.S.-led security initiative spearheaded by President Donald Trump. This partnership is a necessary step in securing the Western Hemisphere against the narco-terrorists who profit from the production of coca.

The move comes as President Paz works to stabilize his nation against domestic agitators attempting to subvert the constitutional order through illegal road blockades.

While international critics and hand-wringing legal experts attempt to undermine the U.S. military’s efforts to intercept drug vessels in the Caribbean and Pacific, the mission remains clear: defending American borders and regional security from the cartels.

By aligning with the United States, Bolivia is finally taking responsibility for its role in the global fight against organized crime.
